Well it seems that nobody is ready to go far as Sony went to release their costliest tablet in Android market, not even Samsung is planning to do that. Samsung with their Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 Inch version has actually released their large version in their tablet series and they have specifically released it for the users who love to read while they are on the go or love to watch movies and TV shows.

Because as per the specs it is not the tablet which can handle HD gaming rather with a good battery backup it offers the users to watch videos and read on it. The processor is little better when compared with the 8-Inch version but the display clarity is very poor (will not make much of the difference for the readers but for the users who would love to watch 1080p videos).

The display size is 10.1 inches and the resolution of the display is 1280 x 800 pixels which is nearly 149 PPI (very poor display clarity as mentioned above). The camera specs are also not better when compared with the 8 Inches version of Tab 3 as it has got 3MP camera as the back and 1.3 MP camera in the front for video calling.

The processor used on this tablet is a Dual Core Processor which is clocked at the frequency of 1.6GHz and this performance is further supported by 1GB RAM. The internal memory capacity of the tablet is 16GB or 32GB (it will have 2 variants) and in both the cases the storage capacity can be extended up to 64GB with the help of external memory card support.

The battery strength of tablet is 6,800mAh which as mentioned above good for the readers while they are travelling. It will operate on the same operating system used on 8-Inch version that is Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and no information is available regarding the price and availability of this tablet so stay tuned to be updated about it.
