Samsung Galaxy A20 launched with Super AMOLED display and dual rear cameras: Price, specifications

Samsung has announced another Galaxy A series phone Galaxy A20 in Russia. The mid-range smartphone comes with features like Infinity-V Super AMOLED display, Exynos 7884 Octa-Core processor, Android 9.0 Pie with Samsung One UI and dual rear cameras.

The Galaxy A20 comes with the same hardware as Galaxy A10 but it has several improvements like a fingerprint sensor, dual rear cameras and a Super AMOLED panel which the Galaxy A10 lacks. It also packs a larger 4,000mAh battery similar to the Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50.

Samsung Galaxy A20 Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A20 sports a 6.4-inch HD+ (1560×720 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity-V display. Under the hood, it gets an Octa-Core Exynos 7884 processor paired with 3GB RAM. It packs 32GB storage that is expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card.

In terms of camera, the dual rear camera setup has a 13MP primary camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and a 5MP secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture. There is an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.


The smartphone runs Android 9.0 Pie with Samsung One UI on top. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS +GLONASS, and 3.5mm audio jack. It packs a 4,000mAh battery.

Price, availability

The Samsung Galaxy A20 price has been set at 13990 rubles (Rs. 15,000 approx.). It will go on sale starting from Russia first. There is currently no word regarding its availability in other countries including India.
