Motorola One Action with 21:9 Display, Triple Rear Cameras Launched: Price, Specifications

After rumors, Motorola One Action, the company’s latest Android One smartphone was finally launched in Brazil yesterday. It has similar features to recently launched One Vision but it has a different camera set up and its highlight is an ultra-wide action video camera.

Motorola will launch One Action in India on August 23rd. Its other features like 21:9 aspect ratio CinemaVision LCD display and Exynos 9609 processor are similar to the One Vision.

Motorola One Action Specifications

The Motorola One Action sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+(1080×2520 pixels) LCD Cinevision screen with 21:9 aspect ratio. It sports a glass-like plastic body and comes in new in Denim Blue, Pearl White, and Aqua Teal colors.

The device is powered by 2.2 GHz Octa-Core Exynos 9609 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on stock Android 9 Pie.


The One Action sports triple rear camera set up with a 12MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture,1.25um pixel, PDAF, a 117-degree Ultra-wide camera, and a 5MP depth-sensing camera. There is a 12MP in-screen selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1.25um pixel size.

Talking about the highlight of the camera, you can shoot an ultra-wide video while holding the phone vertically and when you play it, you will get it in full horizontal screen. The rear camera also supports Quad Pixel technology to offer brighter videos.

Connectivity features are Hybrid card slot, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS+GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm jack. It packs a 3500mAh battery with 10W charging support.

The handset sports speaker at the bottom with Dolby Audio support. Dimensions of the device are 160.1 x 71.2 x 9.15mm and its weight is 176g. There is a back-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Price, Availability

The Motorola One Action is priced at €259 (Rs. 20,400 approx.). It is available in Brazil, Mexico, and some European countries starting from today, August 16 and will be available in India after August 23.
