Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is sending out invites for the first launch of 2018 and it is pointing at the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. While the device is already selling in China as the Redmi 5 Plus, the Indian debut is scheduled for 14 February.
We can also be sure of this being a Redmi device as the tweet comes on Redmi twitter handle. Also, there is a ‘5’ written at the centre of the invite. The hashtag #GiveMe5 is placed with the post. Judging by all this, we can be sure that the device launching here will be the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or the Redmi 5.
